Well, I've got another draft of the license and charter
and whatnot available on ftp.byu.edu.  Again, the file
is MiscKitDocs.tar.gz in pub/next/misckit.  Please look it
over and make sure I didn't biff anything.  :-)

I think that at this point it's all in pretty good shape,
but feedback is still welcome.  The Charter and the
License_Notes files have the majority of the modifications
so pay particular attention to them.

If no comments come in, these documents will become the
versions used in the MiscKit version 1.0, exactly as they
are now.
